In November and December we held different Pop*Up Experiences in Girona, Barcelona and Madrid where we hosted the new Special Christmas collection and the piece in collaboration with Mónica Cruz.
The Pop*Up Experience concept
The Pop*Up Experience concept was born from the need to create a momentary and visual space where visitors can experience the creation of their own bag through the creativity and craftsmanship of Anna Cortina #ArtMeetsFashion.
Each location of this unique experience allows the different concepts, stories and emotions that the designer and founder, Anna Cortina, creates for each piece and collection to be transmitted. This is the origin of Pop*Up Experience by Anna Cortina, a place where fashion and art come together to transmit the essence of the brand.
Presentation of the Special Christmas collection and Appaloosa Bag
During these special days, the new winter collection 'Special Christmas' and the new piece in collaboration with Monica Cruz, the Appaloosa Bag, have been presented in the different cities.
The Special Christmas collection represents and brings together different iconic pieces of the brand together with new creations by the designer. They convey the experiences and emotions that have been lived during these past months. Moments of nervousness, of reinventing oneself, of feeling different, of living a unique and unrepeatable moment in our lives, a forty years that has marked us all.
The designer selects and represents the pieces in earth tones, such as Argil, Earth, Camel or Cappuccino, as well as other darker colours, such as Black and navy blue or Navy. In addition, some pieces in lighter tones such as Off-White are included.
In addition to this incredible and exciting collection, the new piece made in collaboration with Mónica Cruz, the Appaloosa Bag, was presented exclusively.
As we have already mentioned in a previous article, the Appaloosa Bag was born from the need to bring a pure and very natural essence to a territory invaded by cement and asphalt, the city. That is why the presentation of the Appaloosa Bag was very special and the most talked about by all the visitors. Not only because of the incredible presence of Mónica Cruz during these events, but also because of the capacity that both Anna and Mónica have to transmit all the imaginary that they wanted to capture in this model.
A piece designed from pure Spanish craftsmanship with a handmade braiding, with hardware reminiscent of the equine universe, all nickel-free, and with a high quality leather that enhances the values of ecology, as they give a bowling bag style bonbon a very long-lasting durability. According to Anna "the Appaloosa Bag is one of the most balanced pieces between quality, elements and price. A bag for life".
This new model is available in five different colours: Tuareg, a very dark chocolate brown, Hazelnut, a softer brown colour, Marmo, a light and fresh colour, Mustard, an ideal for all year round and Pink ideal to surprise and create unique combinations.
